Arbitration

Arbitration is a process in which a person, called an Arbitrator is presented with the facts and makes a decision based on the facts. Parenting Consultants must arbitrate a conclusion when the parents are unable to reach consensus. Typically, arbitration is a final decision with limited opportunity for appeal. Arbitration is most often used in post divorce processes like custody and access issues. It can be used to address financial issues and issues like the division of household goods, furnishings and personal property.
